DV Web/Index options let you customize indexing to store and retrieve any document according to various categories, such as POs, dates, company names, barcodes, or any keywords scanned from the document’s text.

Paper documents are fed into a document scanner. As soon as documents are captured and indexed, content is securely stored at the Accu-Image data center. Authorized personnel can immediately view and work with them anywhere from  the Web. Documents can be instantly retrieved by the categories you specify for indexing.

DV Web/Index requires minimal training of personnel. OCR and barcode indexing automates scanning and cuts input time. Return-On-Investment is immediate.
