Any paper record can be scanned, indexed with any keyword entered from a touch panel, barcode or keyword in the document or on a cover sheet.

Scanning can be done at your location or at our facilities. Documents can be converted daily or as needed, then uploaded onto your internal database or to the secure Accu-Image data center, depending on storage preferences.

Once scanned, the document is immediately retrievable by any authorized personnel using keyword or Boolean combinations anywhere in the world.
