Scanned documents are indexed – filed by name, numbers, document bar codes, or text keywords that can be read by OCR (Optical Character Recognition). You specify the particular indexing system used. Document images are then “wrapped” by high-level encryption software to ensure that they can only be viewed by authorized personnel.

Accu-Image outsourcing services can completely remove the need for your staff to scan and index documents. Our trained couriers can even help your staff box documents. Each box is bar coded for tracking. Our staff will check each document for legibility, then scan and index it.

In-house scanning and indexing allows you to enter documents immediately into the system. As soon as they are scanned and indexed, they are ready to view by authorized personnel on any computer or mobile device connected to the web. 

You may elect to have a hybrid outsource / in-house document management system. Our couriers can work with your staff to box and bar code your document backlog and ship them to our facilities for data entry. This will relieve your staff of the burden of back file document conversion. You will then only need to scan new documents, which is quick and easy with Accu-Image tools.
